SUCCESSFUL leadership is grounded in strong personal values, Professor David Kavanamur says.
Professor Kavanamur was addressing those who received Economic Policy Analysis Course certificates at the PNG National Research Instituton Saturday.
He said the institute, as the leading policy think-tank in the country, had trained 27 people to help in providing solutions to the country’s public policy challenges.
