When I talk with my colleagues in health care, the biggest concern that echoes for human resources professionals in the industry is how to hire and retain the skilled employees we need. According to a number of projections, health care jobs will represent a significant percentage of the employment growth in our state over the next decade. Coupled with a state unemployment rate that is among the nation’s lowest, hospitals and medical practices across New Hampshire have to think “outside the box” about hiring and recruitment in order to stay competitive.
